Bless TTT coaches for always incorporating novel exercises and making us athletic (as opposed to just fit). Loving the Wednesday night games event's. Looking at other programs, it's very rare to see HS pirouette, paralette crow/frog pose. Backwards HS walk, speed steps with beaded ropes etc.

Hey Everyone, I have been following the new mobility path and it is awesome. It takes me less than 30 minutes and every time I finished I find myself saying “wow I feel so much better.” The coaches have done a great job with a protocol that seems like it would benefit 80% of all active people and 100% of non movers. It’s super accessible and I wanted to share with those who maybe haven’t given it a try.

Just a little testimonial here for the TTT crew: There was a point in time not very long ago when a workout with 45 reps at 315 deadlift would have had me STRESSING. And I would have had to belt up without any plan of attack due to lack of real understanding of how to approach workouts from a performance perspective. Today, I had a plan, I didn’t need a belt, and I felt confident doing the work. Crazy amounts of progress and still in my first year on the program. Y’all are the absolute best.
